Your annual dues include the registration fee for the 24th Annual Combined Orthopaedic Spring Symposium at the Hawaii Prince Hotel from April 3-4, 2009 and a year’s subscription to Ho’okahi, the Hawaii Orthopaedic Association’s newsletter designed to keep Hawaii’s orthopaedic surgeons informed of news and events impacting their practices.
